This ticket applies to those who is a coach, have read POSA's code of points and rules and regulations. The same rules for an athlete also apply to you. You also know what is required of a coach and that you are allowed to be with the athlete in the dressing room, the warm-up area, backstage, on stage if you have to look after a junior and you can sit with the athlete when they are waiting for their results. If you are going to sit and wait with an athlete, you must wear the same tracksuit as the athlete. There is no requirement that you walk around in coach clothes, but you must wear your coach badges at all times as this is your entrance ticket. During the National Championships, after your athlete has finished, you can sit in the audience where there is space. Should the seats be completely full, it would be great if you, who know the venue a little, find a place upstairs by the gallery.
